About Jenn Shrum
Jenn has had the privilege of serving as an occupational therapist at Joy Meadows since 2020. She has a deep passion for connecting with families and believes that successful therapy is built on a foundation of safety within the nervous system.
Jenn is trauma informed and specializes in MNRI techniques, including dynamic and postural integration, neurostructural work, stress hormone release, and PTSD recovery, among others. She believes that Jesus Christ is the ultimate healer and stands firmly on the truths of the Bible.
Jenn is a wife and the mother of two young children. When she is not working, her favorite things include walking around the zoo and exploring creeks with her family.
Therapy Providers at Joy Meadows
Each therapy provider uses the Joy Meadows Foster Care Therapy Center as a secondary office location. Providers can collaborate on a whole-child approach and coordinate care when more than one type of therapy is needed.

Therapy Mentors at Joy Meadows
Volunteer Therapy Mentors support families by caring for children during sessions, allowing caregivers to participate fully in therapy without added stress.
