In my practice as a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in supporting adolescents, teens, young adults, and couples as they navigate the complexities of their relationships and personal growth. I believe that forming secure attachments is essential for fostering relational satisfaction and overall well-being. By creating a safe and empathetic environment, I help clients explore their feelings, identify healthy coping tools, enhance communication skills, and develop healthier connections with themselves and others.

My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, recognizing that everyone's journey is different. Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationships, struggling with identity, or dealing with life transitions, I am dedicated to walking alongside you in this process. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns, set goals, and build the tools necessary for lasting change. I am passionate about empowering individuals, families, and couples to cultivate fulfilling relationships and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Therapy Providers at Joy Meadows

Each therapy provider uses the Joy Meadows Therapy Center as a secondary office location. Providers can collaborate on a whole-child approach and coordinate scheduling if more than one type of therapy is needed.

Schedule sessions with each provider directly through the contact info provided.

Therapy Mentors at Joy Meadows

Many families have multiple children who need to attend therapy at the same time, creating schedule and childcare conflicts.

Volunteer Therapy Mentors ease this burden by being present each week and playing with children while one is in a session. This allows parents stress-free participation in the therapy session.

Being matched with a Mentor can take 2-4 weeks. Complete the enrollment form, and Joy Meadows staff will contact you soon.

You know your children best—provide detail about your child’s strengths and needs in order to make a mentor match that meets the needs of your child and your family.
