About Haley Williams

Haley Williams, LMSW, is a compassionate clinician who provides developmentally informed care to children, adolescents, and young adults, including children in foster care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Services with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Work.

Using a warm, client-centered approach, Haley supports individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and other life stressors. Her clinical experience includes community-based and agency settings, providing therapy in schools, homes, and office environments. Through this work, she has supported children in foster care navigating complex transitions, attachment disruptions, and emotional challenges.

Haley utilizes developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused approaches. When working with children, she incorporates play-based and expressive interventions to support emotional expression and regulation while collaborating closely with caregivers to strengthen connection and stability. With adolescents and young adults, therapy focuses on building coping skills, resilience, and confidence during life transitions.

For clients who desire it, Haley offers faith-based counseling that can be thoughtfully integrated in a way that honors each individual’s beliefs and values. Whether working from a clinical or faith-integrated perspective, Haley remains committed to meeting clients where they are and partnering with them on their journey toward hope, stability, and emotional well-being.
