Shelby McBride, Treasurer

Shelby McBride is a founding board member of Joy Meadows, Inc., and serves as the Treasurer.

She is an Accounting & Human Resource Director for a company located in Lenexa, KS.

Through family and friends Shelby has been impacted by foster care and adoption, and uses her business experience to advocate for their needs.

She and her husband, Mike, have been married for nearly twenty-two years. They have two sons, ages 16 and 13. Shelby and her family reside in Basehor, Kansas, where Mike has taught at Basehor-Linwood High School and coached the varsity boys’ basketball team for 16 years. Shelby and her family are very involved in basketball and utilize their influence in youth sports to positively impact youth.
